For the Long Haul

I’ve known Tasia since Aug. 2005. That’s almost 9 years. I can’t believe it’s been that long. Usually, I lose touch with people after a few years not because I don’t like them or anything, but we just go our separate ways. But that doesn’t make me forget about you. šŸ™‚ But if I’ve known you for longer and I’m still friends with you, it’s not because I put the extra effort in … It’s usually because the other person has continued to pursue after the relationship … and that’s what happened. This friendship has helped me to see how much God loves me. Through Tasia, I learned what it means to pursue others, to love others, and to just be a good friend by listening and loving.

It was so fun hanging out and capturing how happy you are. You’re an amazing person and you DO deserve this happiness and success. A friend of mine shared with me how her mom would pray that she would be like Joseph in the workplace… and I pray that same prayer for us. That in the midst of joys and hardships, God will be there with us to succeed in whatever we put our hands on. Love, Hannah.
